📦 Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time & Tracking
Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • USA: 4–12 business days

  • UK: 15–30 business days

  • Australia & Canada: 10–30 business days

  • Western Europe: 10–30 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–40 business days

Packaging Note:
Some items may be shipped separately due to logistics or stock locations.
If you receive one part of your order first — don’t worry, the rest is on its way.


🔁 Refunds & Replacements

We’re committed to your satisfaction.
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we gladly offer free replacements if your order meets one of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, broken, or defective

  • Your parcel was lost in transit

We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

📦 Why did I receive only one item?

If you ordered multiple products, they might ship from different warehouses.
It’s normal to receive them in separate packages — the rest of your order will arrive soon.


📧 I didn’t receive my confirmation email.

Double-check that your email address was entered correctly.
Also, check your Spam or Promotions folder — sometimes automated messages get filtered there.


🚫 No shipping methods available?

Some free or promotional items may have quantity limits per customer.
